Abstract
Overall, the meeting was very balanced, informative and thought provoking. A number of key issues and strategic research initiatives were presented and discussed. Challenging clinical management problems raised in the tumor board run by Ellen Smith of Austin, (TX, USA) highlighted the heterogeneity of women with gynecological malignancies, as well as the diversity of recommended care approaches among the 'experts'. It is clear that fresh ideas to build the annual conference agenda are in not short supply driving the anticipation for next year's conference in New York.
