Abstract
The anteromedial thigh (AMT) flap is one of the multiple solutions in the reconstructive surgeon’s armamentarium of flaps for coverage of soft tissue defects. While less popular and somewhat more complex to dissect than its more popular counterpart, the anterolateral thigh flap (ALT), it is nonetheless useful when the ALT cannot be utilized and when multiple skin islands are needed for local, regional, or distant soft tissue defect coverage.
