Abstract

In the version of this article initially published, author affiliation 5, now reading “Division of Melanoma, Sarcoma, and Rare Tumors, European Institute of Oncology, IRCCS, Milan, Italy,” incorrectly included “Medical Oncology for” in the name of the division, and the IRCCS was not included. The errors have been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
