Abstract

Various pathologies can involve the liver. In this chapter, we start by illustrating the gross anatomy of the liver. Then, we briefly tabulate various focal hepatic lesions with a special emphasis placed on the imaging features and differential diagnoses of these entities through practical algorithmic approach. We will then discuss the spectrum of diffuse liver diseases and their imaging features.
