Abstract

The case described here illustrates the antitumor activity of a four- drug systemic combination chemobiotherapy with platinol, recombinant interferon α 2b, doxorubicin (Adriamycin), and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) (PIAF) in a patient with diffuse hepatocellular carcinoma involving the liver and lungs.
