Abstract

In the above article written by Timothy Doyle, Kali Janes, Zhoumou Chen, Peter Grace, Emanuela Esposito, Salvatore Cuzzocrea, Tally Largent-Milnes, William L. Neumann, Linda Watkins, Sarah Spiegel, Todd Vanderah, and Daniela Salvemini which published in the September 2020 issue of PAIN,1 the authors note there was an error in the representative Western blot image for the lamin loading control for NFκBp65 in Figure 10D. Figure 10 is corrected as follows with the correct representative lamin A image that is an original blot for the corresponding NFκB presented in the original paper. Since the image exposure for new representative blot may be slightly different than those used for lamin densitometry in the original paper, I am also providing data for the lamin A densitometry and normalized NFκB data that correspond to these new exposures. Since the new images are from the same NFκB blots and the new lamin A densities are not significantly different from the original data, the normalized NFκB bar graph is also not significantly changed and do not alter the findings or conclusions. (Figure presented) The authors apologize for the error.
