Abstract
There is growing evidence of survival benefits from local therapy for cT4 prostate cancer, with radiotherapy and androgen deprivation therapy continuing to be the mainstays of treatment. Surgery may be considered as part of a multimodal treatment strategy with acceptable morbidity.
