    Abstract

    Timely and important studies are reviewed and commentaries provided by leading palliative care clinicians. Symptoms, interventions, and treatment-related adverse events addressed in this issue are antidepressants, postsurgical neuropathic pain, endogenous opioids and dyspnea relief, cancer cachexia, and atypical antipsychotics.
