Parapharyngeal space lymphadenopathy

Abstract

Parapharyngeal space masses are rare in the pediatric population and have a higher incidence of malignancy than those in adults, although the differential diagnosis is similar. We present the work-up and treatment of a child with a parapharyngeal space mass discovered incidentally on CT imaging.
