Abstract
This chapter discusses the various entities involving the biliary tree and pancreas and confronting the onco-neuro-gastroenterologist who is called upon to evaluate symptoms suggestive of sensory-motor gastrointestinal disorder, such as abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, and weight loss. Understanding and managing these conditions requires continuous exchange with oncology and foregut surgery.
