Abstract
Evaluation of patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding has taken a paradigm shift with the introduction of capsule endoscopy four years ago. The aim of this review is to describe capsule endoscopy and its application in the management of patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding.
