Abstract

SFCS blend scaffolds coupled with human ASCs is a suitable mechanism for cellular engraftment at a surgical repair site. Human ASCs anchored to SFCS scaffolds via the fibrils within minutes, increased spreading, and maintained mobility and cell-cell communication via lamellopodia extensions over time.
