Abstract

A 62-year-old male presented with an acute onset of painless horizontal and vertical binocular diplopia of three weeks’ duration. He had no symptoms of giant cell arteritis or myasthenia gravis. Past surgical history was significant for knee reconstructive surgery. He was allergic to penicillin. His family history was significant for stroke and hypertension.
