Abstract
A 76-year-old man presented with recently diagnosed prostate adenocarcinoma, Gleason score of 4 + 4, and a Super bone scan with concurrent PSA of 1.7 ng/mL. Approximately 3.5 months later, an 18F-fluciclovine PET/CT was performed despite of a decreased PSA of 0.3 ng/mL. A Superscan fluciclovine PET/CT was identified, and bone metastasis were later confirmed at biopsy.
