Abstract

In this issue of Blood, Geyer et al¹ report results from a large multinational survey in which a sizeable proportion of patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms experienced severe symptom burden. However, standard measures of disease severity and risk did not always predict which patients would have high levels of symptom distress.
