Abstract

This is a case with positive anti-PR3 Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies-proteinase 3 (anti-PR3 ANCA) vasculitis with multiorgan involvement who was successfully treated with steroids, rituximab and plasmapheresis with continued both renal remission and tumor response. Both anti-PR3 ANCA and creatinine continued to decline overtime with no relapse in her disease.
