Abstract

Unilateral or bilateral enlarged lacrimal glands Homogenous mass on both modalities CT and MR scans Post-contrast homogenously enhancing. Diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) image shows bright signal with restriction (low signal) on corresponding ADC map consistent with lymphoid tissue / hypercellular mass. PETCT may show an FDG-avid lesion.
