Abstract
As advances in local and systemic therapies have improved the management of lung cancer and extended survival rates, the ability to control intracranial disease and the long-term toxic effects associated with therapies to control intracranial disease become increasingly relevant. This chapter reviews multiple approaches to controlling intracranial metastatic disease from lung cancer, with a focus on the findings from randomized trials that have guided the development of current therapeutic management strategies.
