Abstract

As systemic therapies advance in the management of lung cancer, the control of intracranial disease and the long-term toxicities associated with therapies to control intracranial disease becomes more relevant. This chapter reviews multiple aspects of intracranial metastatic disease from lung cancer, with a focus on randomized data which have guided therapy. In addition, we will highlight areas requiring further investigation.
