Abstract

A heterogenous mass in the superotemporal orbit (may be well circumscribed) • On CT, bone destruction can be seen in the orbital roof and lateral wall with tumor extension to adjacent periorbital spaces. MR images show a heterogenous mass that can extend posteriorly in the orbit or to the intraconal space. Post-contrast T1 shows nonhomogenous enhancement.
