Abstract

1. Figures. The figure for the marginal posterior probabilities of inclusion for dietary covariates using the fecal microbial data in Koslovsky et al., 2020 (Figure 3) has been corrected and is labeled similarly for reference. The original figure displayed results for the oral microbiome analysis (incorrectly replicating Figure 2). Main results and conclusions in the manuscript remain unchanged. (Figure Presented).
