Abstract
Cutaneous lymphomas represent a substantial diagnostic and therapeutic challenge due to their widespread clinical presentations and the numerous available therapeutic modalities which require multi-disciplinary collaboration and expertise. In the past decade, many substantial gains have been made in the pathologic classification and prognostication of cutaneous lymphoma. These gains have led to the emergence of a host of novel, targeted, and biologic therapies, which have shown meaningful activity in the setting of otherwise treatment-refractory disease. The future promises even further clinical advances that should ultimately translate into improved disease control and quality of life for patients with cutaneous lymphoma.
