Abstract
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a lethal cancer and fourth leading cause of cancer mortality in the USA (Siegel et al., CA Cancer J Clin 70:7-30, 2020). Early diagnosis, accurate staging, and appropriate treatment are essential in management of patients with pancreatic cancer, which require a multidisciplinary approach. Imaging is crucial in detection and staging of pancreatic cancer. We will review the role and value of different imaging modalities in diagnosis, staging, and follow-up of pancreatic cancer.
