N2 - Percutaneous fine‐needle aspiration of breast fibromatosis yielded clusters of uniform spindle cells. The differential diagnosis of spindle stromal cells obtained by fine‐needle aspiration of the breast is discussed. This includes a wide spectrum of both benign and malignant breast lesions that have to be considered prior to suggesting the diagnosis of fibromatosis. Diagn Cytopathol 1987;3:320‐2.
