Abstract

In a patient with nonspecific radiographic findings, Ga-67 imaging was suggestive of findings consistent with sarcoidosis including lacrimal gland uptake. The diagnosis was established by lacrimal gland biopsy. Sites of sarcoid involvement in the chest and abdomen were identified on Ga-67 imaging. Less accurate demonstration of these areas was seen on chest radiograph and CT scanning.
