Abstract
Case reports show that the involvement of the heart in hemochromatosis is sometimes the first impressive clinical manifestation. However, this need not be taken as a bad prognostic sign. It should be regarded as a threatening manifestation of hemochromatosis, leading to consequent treatment of the basic disease.
