note = "Funding Information: Unfortunately, however, the article incorrectly identifies the contributors to the centralized quality assurance (QA) and credentialing programs employed by this trial. In a paragraph in the Patients and Methods section titled “QA Physics/dosimetry,” the authors state: “The participating institution had to be preapproved for IMRT treatment by the IGTC.” This is referring to the Image-guided Therapy QA Center, known to most as the ITC. The ITC is part of the Advanced Technology Consortium (ATC) and is funded by the National Cancer Institute. The other members of the ATC are the Radiological Physics Center (RPC), the Quality Assurance Resource Center (QARC), and the RTOG Headquarters Dosimetry Group. In fact, the preapproval procedures involved the RPC, the RTOG Dosimetry Group, and the ITC. ",
