Abstract

Organisms believed to be Klossiella sp. sporonts were seen in histological sections prepared from the kidneys of two insectivorous bats (Myotis sodalis). Three apparent stages of sporogony were encountered. This is believed to be the first report of Klossiella sp. in bats.
