Abstract

Vascular complications can develop in patients receiving treatment for gynecologic cancer. This chapter reviews the contemporary management of common vascular complications encountered in women undergoing treatment for gynecologic malignancies. It describes the surgical techniques for vascular reconstruction during gynecologic oncology surgery and provides an overview of current endovascular interventions.
