Abstract
Many neoplasms disseminate along the pathway of the cerebrospinal fluid. Imaging in this setting is usually insensitive, but when there are findings, they have a characteristic appearance. The authors describe a 52-year-old woman with meningeal dissemination of myelomatosis and the classic myelographic appearance of leptomeningeal disease.
