Abstract

Non-rhabdomyosarcoma soft tissue sarcomas are rare heterogeneous tumors. In a total of more than 50 histologies, they are more common than rhabdomyosarcoma. Here we focus on the most common types of bone and soft tissue sarcoma in children. A summary of diagnosis and treatment is included, with a surgical focus. The most recent treatment strategies are emphasized with evidence-based approach.
