Abstract
Two rare cases of pancreatic metastases from osteosarcoma are reported. Metastatic spread occurred after treatment with chemotherapy. This unusual phenomenon represents an alteration in the natural history of osteosarcoma with increased long-term survival of patients who are successfully treated with chemotherapy.
