Other case studies include a 50-year-old underwent laparoscopic bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy for a 6 cm ovarian cyst and a normal CA125 under the direction of her general gynecologist, and a 56-year-old with stage IIIC high-grade serous ovarian cancer.
