    Abstract

Primary angiosarcoma of the breast is the most malignant of all breast tumors. It is a rare disease, with less than 200 cases reported in a recent review of the literature.1 The classic mammographic appearance of this tumor is that of a large, solitary mass with ill-defined borders.2 Rare reports on the sonographic appearance of breast angiosarcoma have mentioned a large, heterogeneous mass with hyperechoic areas.3-5 We present the sonographic appearance of a multifocal angiosarcoma of the breast.
