Abstract

Pseudolymphoma of the breast is a rare benign pathologic process representing 0.08 percent of all benign breast lesions and 0.06 percent of all breast masses. This is the case of a young female patient with chronic mastodynia treated by subcutaneous mastectomy and immediate reconstruction using a deepithelialized transverse rectus abdominis musculocutaneous (TRAM) flap.
