Abstract

In the version of this article initially published, Juan C. Roa and Patricia García were not denoted as equally contributing authors in the affiliation footnotes. In addition, in Figure 1, the label “Right hepatic bile duct” originally appeared on the stomach side of the figure instead of over the gallbladder, and “Left hepatic bile duct” appeared over the gallbladder instead of near the stomach. The errors have been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
