Abstract

Summary: This report describes a genetics clinic for hereditary breast and ovarian cancer (HBOC) in an underserved population. Genetic counseling was provided to 151 patients, and 131 underwent BRCA genetic testing. This was a unique, group- based establishment of an HBOC genetics clinic, which to our knowledge had not previously been reported.
