Abstract
The spleen is an organ that is commonly given less attention to than it deserves, particularly because primary splenic malignancies rarely occur. To better appreciate splenic oncologic pathology in this chapter, we first discuss the anatomy of the spleen. We then delve into clinical presentations and radiologic characteristics of benign and malignant splenic neoplasms as well as of common metastases to the spleen.
