Abstract

This chapter presents a series of case studies with multiple choice questions and answers on surgical aspects of head and neck cancers. It commenses with a disclosure on the situations for performing sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB), and ends with the discussion on the management of neck of the patient with small primary tumor. The chapter also discusses on the levels of the neck that should be dissected for squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the anterior tongue, stages of the tumor, and treatment options of the tumor.
