Abstract

We describe a patient with unexplained hypercalcemia who underwent bone scintigraphy, which demonstrated marked tracer uptake within the hilar lymph nodes. The pattern strongly suggested sarcoidosis, which was subsequently confirmed by bronchoscopy-directed biopsy.
