Abstract
Patients with unresectable bladder carcinoma unresponsive to standard chemotherapy have a short survival, but recent clinical trials of salvage treatment have produced some good results. Changes in the dosage of M-VAC; 5- fluorouracil, α-interferon, and cisplatin; and gallium nitrate show promise.
