Abstract
Unilateral megalencephaly is a rare congenital anomaly. The authors report a case of unilateral megalencephaly associated with Dandy-Walker complex. The embryonic pathogenesis of both entities is discussed. In the absence of magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography can be used to document these abnormalities.
