Abstract
In this chapter, various unusual non-neoplastic pulmonary disorders are discussed. This group of lesions encompasses a range of different conditions that may be of multifactorial, immunologic, genetic, or uncertain etiology. Awareness of the existence of these relatively rare disorders and their histopathological characteristics is necessary for the pathologist in order to avoid misdiagnosis.
