Abstract

Vascular disorders of the pulmonary system include a range of different diseases that either affect the pulmonary vasculature directly or are the manifestation of extrapulmonary processes that produce secondary changes of the blood vessels. There are two major groups of disorders that affect the pulmonary circulation, pulmonary vasculitides and pulmonary hypertension.
